The seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the goods except as otherwise provided in this contract. This represents the entire agreement between Bento Box Gifts, LLC and purchaser and acceptance of this box constitutes an acknowledgment by its holder that he or she has read and agreed to the terms of this contract.  We reserve the right to substitute items as needed due to changes in inventory or discontinued items.
